The program serves first and second graders at Southwick and Prince Chapman, following the East Allen County School 2025-2026 schedule, and involves organizing students into learning groups based on their test scores.

Coordinator Position

The paraprofessional position requires a two-hour daily commitment Monday through Thursday. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting first and second grade students from Southwick and Prince Chapman elementary school as they arrive off the bus, helping them transition smoothly into the After-school Impact Program, and preparing them for learning activities with their assigned teachers. The After-school Impact Program will follow the East Allen County School 2025-2026 Schedule.

Paraprofessional

The After-school Impact Program will follow the East Allen County School 2025-2026 Schedule. The students are first and second graders. We will receive their test scores and divide them into learning groups. The teachers will concentrate their efforts to help improve the student’s level of reading and comprehension. This program is for Southwick and Prince Chapman.
